Meet Our Makers

At The Cook’s Outfitter, we believe that every thoughtfully crafted product has a story—and so does the maker behind it. We partner with artisans, small-batch producers, and heritage brands who share our commitment to quality, artistry, connection, and sustainability. This page is dedicated to the people and stories behind the tools and ingredients we curate—those who pour their passion into every handcrafted spoon, every batch of spice, every piece built to last. Because when you know the story, the cooking becomes even more meaningful.

Verve Culture

At Verve Culture, we believe the best gifts tell a story — of culture, craftsmanship, and connection. Our curated collections of handmade kitchen tools, home goods, and lifestyle treasures celebrate artisans from Morocco, Mexico, Thailand, India, Italy, and beyond. Thoughtfully crafted and designed to last, each piece invites joy, beauty, and tradition into your home. We are a women-owned, Colorado-based company passionate about preserving global artistry and empowering small makers. With Verve Culture, you’re not just adding beautiful pieces to your life — you’re weaving culture, love, and memories into your everyday moments.

The Collective

At The Collective, we collaborate with skilled artisans to create thoughtfully designed home accessories that are as functional as they are beautiful. Each piece is handcrafted using traditional techniques—like metal forging, woodworking, and glassblowing—and reflects a deep respect for materials and heritage. Our designs bring together age-old craftsmanship with a modern sensibility, offering objects meant to be used, appreciated, and kept for years to come.

Finding Home Farms

Finding Home Farms is a family-owned, lifestyle brand that brings the farm’s best with our organic maple syrup. We combine it with our home decor products and 100% soy wax candles to provide the perfect ingredients for creating a welcoming home. We proudly source and produce all of our products in the USA, from our pure maple syrup and pantry offerings to soy candles and home decor. We hope to create products, ideas, and inspiration that encourages you to gather with your friends and family.

Millstream Home

Millstream Home was created as an ode to our Amish heritage. We believe it's time to be more mindful about purchasing, to be good stewards of this power that we have and to start saying no to disposable home goods. We have choices and options now about knowing who made the things we buy and place in our homes. We believe that American Made Matters and that supporting local makers is always worth it. After all, these products are meant to last and, in time, to even carry their own stories and meaning. When you make a purchase from Millstream Home, you directly support each maker and their family. Our Amish basket weavers, quilters, toymakers, our seamstresses and potters, blacksmiths and leather makers, candlemakers and broom weavers. Each piece is made in someone's shop or shed, or garage turned craft room. And we wouldn't have it any other way. No elaborate factories here, just a hard days work and a life spent doing what we love. Thank you for taking the time to be here. If we could, we'd have you all over for dinner.

Wendi's Good Things Market

At Wendi’s Good Things Market, we believe that good food and beautiful living go hand in hand. What started as a way to share handmade goods from our farm in Del Norte, Colorado has grown into a full lifestyle brand inspired by the simple joys of home, heritage, and heartfelt hospitality.

Our gourmet pantry staples—from bold quesos to just-picked jams—are rooted in flavor and crafted with care. Every recipe is made to bring people together around the table and spark a little everyday magic. We also offer kitchen and home goods that blend practicality with beauty, like our signature walnut measuring spoons and utensils launching soon, each one a celebration of craftsmanship.

We’re honored to be part of your kitchen, and deeply grateful to work with retailers like The Cook’s Outfitter who share our love for soulful, small-batch goods made with intention.

Alpenglow Cocktail Company

Handcrafted cocktail mixers from the Great Pacific Northwest. Each one of our handcrafted cocktail mixers is seasonally harvested from local businesses and farms. In the summer, we look forward to fresh lavender, sage, and sweet honey from our neighborhood bee populations. When the chill of winter comes, we take advantage of the apple bounty of the Wenatchee Valley and pair it with the comforting spice of cinnamon for our limited seasonal brews.

These non-alcoholic drink mixes are as easy as simply adding your favorite spirit or seltzer for a one-step finale to your busy day. We have curated a diverse group of traditional cocktail mixers as well as unique recipes to help you stretch your palate while also indulging in the classics.

Cook's Flavoring Company

Cook Flavoring Company was born of Raymond R. Lochhead’s lifelong dedication to vanilla. Where we began and where we are today are in many ways much the same. Our company has grown, but we remain fully family-owned and operated. We continue to use the same personal sourcing that Ray pioneered. We've updated Ray's lab with the latest technology to apply the power of aromatic chemistry to achieve superior flavor. We use the same slow, cold percolation that our grandfather developed when he started making pure vanilla extract in 1918. To this day, we’ve found no better approach to making the highest quality vanilla. Through 100 years of unimaginable change, our company has survived and flourished on one unchanging principle: quality.

Breckenridge Coffee Roasters

Coffee is an art and a science. The love, care, skill and curiosity that goes into developing an exceptional coffee profile can be tasted and enjoyed in every cup. We are the scientists, and coffee is our craft. We are the artists, and coffee is our medium. We carefully select partners around the world who sustainably source their coffee beans and exercise ethical trade practices. We offer transparency throughout the coffee supply chain and strive to treat everyone we do business with as though they are our neighbors. We work with local businesses to maintain the authentic mountain town experience, one cup of coffee at a time. We strive to treat everyone as a Breck local.

Our mission is to roast high quality coffee while remaining socially and environmentally sustainable to respect every member of the coffee community and take care of the mountains and our planet. Our priority is the environment, because without it we wouldn’t be able to do things we love in the place we love. We count ourselves lucky for the opportunity to live, work and play here in the mountains. The mountain lifestyle has grown to be a part of us. We work to live, rather than live to work, and we try to weave in time to play outside whenever possible.

Apolis Craft Teas

Every business has a reason for being, a purpose that guides its decisions and ultimately defines it. Ours is craftsmanship. Our craft is in the art of blending and the science of sourcing teas and ingredients. Our producers are craftsmen and women as well; together, we work to create noteworthy teas you will get excited about. The history of tea is as much about innovation as it is about tradition. We are always looking for new ingredients and sourcing from producers who work with interesting cultivars and use biodynamic or organic farming techniques. We promise that every tea holds true to tradition but also brings a little something special.

Ritual Chocolate

We started Ritual in 2010 in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, eventually settling in the mountain town of Park City Utah, and traveling the world in search of the best cacao.

We fell in love with chocolate—not just the eating part, but the history of and the beautiful stories of small chocolatiers around Europe that would live above their chocolate shops and devote their lives to creating and perfecting their craft. There is something about chocolate that grips people and inspires them. We desperately wanted to be a part of this world and share what we discovered.

Our mission? To bring a little joy to your day. One bite, one moment, one ritual at a time.
